Accessibility Statement
Neptune Facility Services LLC wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need larger text and higher contrast.
Conformance status
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Automated testing across every page of this site — using axe-core against the WCAG 2.0 A/AA and 2.1 A/AA rule sets, at both desktop and mobile widths — currently reports no violations.
What we have done
- Text and background colours meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio (3:1 for large text)
- Every form field has a visible, programmatically associated label
- A "skip to content" link, and visible focus outlines on everything reachable by keyboard
- Headings run in order, so screen-reader users can navigate by structure
- Links are distinguishable by more than colour alone
- Layout reflows to narrow screens and zoomed text without horizontal scrolling
- Motion is reduced automatically for visitors who ask for that in their system settings
Known limitations
We want to be straight about the limits of the above. Automated testing catches only part of what matters — commonly cited as roughly a third of accessibility issues. This site has not yet had a formal manual audit or testing by people who use assistive technology daily. Judgement-based criteria such as the clarity of link text, the usefulness of error messages, and the logic of focus order have been reviewed by us but not independently verified.
We would rather tell you that than claim a level of assurance we have not earned.
